How do I return an item?

Return/Cancellation Policy: Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any product for a full refund or exchange for merchandise of equal value. Merchandise must be unopened and in original packaging. Buttons Galore will refund the value of the product and will not reimburse for shipping charges except when (1) the item that was shipped was damaged or (2) the wrong product was shipped as a result of our error. In order to be reimbursed for shipping, the entire order must be returned. If only a portion of the order is returned, a refund will be issued only for the merchandise returned.
